10. United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

  1. You are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargoes or designated as a "terrorist-supporting" country.
  2. You are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

11. Severability and Waiver

  1. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  2. Waiver: Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary software, belong exclusively to the Company. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

13. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at its sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
